This is then followed by discussion on the advantages of Cloud-native application architectures in contrast to a purely Cloud-infrastructure approach.We then consider some of the organizational challenges of Cloud adoption including common staff concerns, how to address them, and how to design a digital skills strategy so your staff possesses the skills they need to support your digital transformation journey.We finish by discussing how to create a Cloud ‘Center of Excellence’ (CoE) within your organization as well as how to promote collaboration by building an in-house technical community. This includes the role of the CoE and how to ensure the CoE is set up for success.

In this lab, you will create a virtual network that will allow the virtual machines you create to securely connect with each other. You will then create two virtual machines and specify the virtual network configuration and the availability set configuration along with storage for the virtual machine.
